Adult Swimmer Module

Whether you’re a beginner or just need some help with your strokes, our Adult Swimmer module is for the young at heart, no matter your age. Set your own goals. Work with certified instructors to learn how to swim, improve your swimming ability, and enhance your fitness in the water.

You may not be heading to the Olympic Games, but you’ll boost your confidence as you glide through the water with smooth strokes and techniques that are recognizable enough to swim in the lanes of a pool or at the beach. We incorporate Aqua Bon safety tips from the Lifesaving Society into all Adult levels.
